Book Reviews

There are many ways in which to deliver construction projects and this book explains in very clear terms the different stages of the procurement process and the key considerations. The section on commercial models is particularly useful in listing the advantages and disadvantages of each model before comparing them and readers will also find useful the explanation of concepts such as alliancing contract and early contractor involvement.
