Royal Mail strike action is planned for the rest of the year. For this reason, UK standard delivery orders and UK express delivery orders below 2kg may experience delays. To ensure your delivery arrives on time, we suggest you use the express delivery option which will not be affected. Standard delivery

For UK orders 10% of the value of the order is added for P&P up to a maximum charge of £8.00. There is a minimum charge of £2.95 to UK customers.

Express delivery

For a flat fee of £13.50 your order will be delivered within two working days (mainland only and subject to availability).

  • Royal Mail - Under 2kg
  • Courier (Swift) Next Day Tracked - Over 2kg

We offer the below shipping methods for web ordering:

  • USPS Media Mail: 3-7 days transit time.
  • USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 days transit time.
  • UPS Ground: Transit time is 1 business day to 5 business days depending on destination.

Shipment to Latin America is done by International Mail. The transit time is from 1-2 weeks and cost would be calculated during the check our process and is based on the weight of the order. There is no ground service for international mail.

We ship within 48 hours from when order is received during regular business hours; Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM.

For overseas orders 20% of the value of the order is added for P&P up to a maximum charge of £80.00. There is a minimum charge of £5.90 to overseas customers.

  • Priority airmail untracked - Under £500
  • Courier (DHL) tracked - £500 and over

All shipments are arranged at the customers' expense and at their own risk. Therefore, we would recommend parcels being sent via a traceable method. ICE Publishing also do not accept responsibility for customs clearance, local delivery charges, or any storage charges resulting from inappropriate shipment.
